Has to be the best place to eat on the island. The service was timely and great all around, the food was outstanding, and the restaurant, although a little tight, was pretty nice if you don't mind the intimacy. The Scallops melted in your mouth and had a great flavor complimented by balsamic and caramelized onions.... Crab Dip was also a hit... duck confit was as good as it can get and even the homemade key lime pie with Oreo crust delighted us all. Chloe did a great job as our server, made a great cocktail and the entire staff was attentive and prompt. Whoever is back in the kitchen is a wizard... Definitely exceeded expectations.

The restaurant itself is a little tight on the inside but once you get past that (and you should) you will have some amazing seafood! Their new menu has wonderful options for everyone (pork, seafood, and steak) and each entree comes with preselected sides.We had the scallops for an appetizer. One of our entrees was the Pork Osso Bucco and the other was the Shrimp & Scallop Grits. All three were amazing. The wait staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

If you are looking for a small, intimate, eclectic place to dine In Atlantic Beach, you must try Island Grille. The food is incredible. Everything is made from scratch with fresh ingredients. The seafood is local. We enjoyed the elk meatballs. They were large, moist meatballs with tons of flavor cooked in a rich red sauce. The crab cakes were exceptional. They were filled with tons of crab and minimal filling. The scallops were sweet and charred on the outside then served in a creamy Gorgonzola sauce. The salad dressings are homemade. Save room for dessert and try the handmade Keylime pie with an Oreo crust. You won’t regret it. On Mondays and Tuesdays, you can mix and match for a buy one get one free entree. This would be a fantastic opportunity to try several of their dishes!

Quaint restaurant where the locals eat and socialize. Fantastic little boutique restaurant always coming up with new ways to attract anyone to their venue. We were there for a New Year’s Eve brunch and it was top notch! Even had real champagne from France! Kyle M. - Absolutely delicious. I found this place completely at random and what a gem. Not much seating so Friday and Ssturday would likely be busy so make reservations. However it was a Wednesday night that I went and there was plenty of seating. Can't say enough good things about the food.

You MUST make a reservation on Monday & Tuesday. The buy one get one entrees are delicious. The shrimp and scallops pasta is a favorite with the country club crowd. If you like sushi, try the Yellow Fin Tuna, seared, medium rare. Mmm! Save room for dessert! Diners with gluten and dairy restrictions can enjoy a molten chocolate flourless cake. Free parking across the street. Go early for happy hour at the bar. The Island Grille is a culinary treat. (Make a reservation today!). Bon a petit!
